“QUADRO – Beyond the Eye, Reality”

Four days to experience cinema from new perspectives.
From November 3 to 6, Villa La Colombaia will host QUADRO – Beyond the Eye, Reality, Special Edition: 120 Years of Visconti: a programme spanning cinema, theatre, education and artistic experimentation to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Luchino Visconti's birth.
From Alessandro Preziosi and Lino Musella in conversation with Francesco Di Leva, to Visconti's great films on the big screen, as well as film workshops for students and the artistic experience of Frequency Island, each day will offer an opportunity to discover new stories, forms of expression and perspectives.
A programme that brings Visconti's legacy into dialogue with the present, transforming La Colombaia into a space for encounters, research and culture.
