  Michele’s wine cellar was carved into the tuff rock in 1908 and was used 
 until 30 years ago for storing wine and wine barrels. A distinctive featur
 e of the cellar\, still visible today\, is the “pietra sudaria”\, a natura
 l stone from which water flows.Today\, the family tradition is carried on 
 by his grandson\, Antonio Galano\, who has transformed the cellar into a u
